In order to promote Fujian free trade zone to accelerate the formation of a new pattern of opening up to the outside world at a higher level, the Ministry of Public Security recently granted 10 entry-exit policies and measures to our province, one of them is to authorize the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organs to handle the “one-time effective travel permit to Taiwan” for non-registered residents who are temporarily visiting Fujian. This practice is the first in Fujian nationwide. I used to want to travel to Mazu, but I need to go back to my place of residence to apply for a pass, but now I can apply for it at ponytail. Yesterday morning, Zhou Jingjing, a registered passenger from Henan province, received the first “one valid permit to Taiwan (to Mazu)” issued by Fuzhou area of Fujian free trade zone (as shown in the figure). “The new policy was formally implemented in April 1 this year. Currently, only Fuzhou, Xiamen, Pingtan and Quanzhou can handle it, of which Mawei is the only place in Fuzhou, it is aimed at group travelers traveling to Mazu via ponytail.” According to the relevant person in charge of the exit-entry management brigade of Mawei district, the feature of “one valid pass to Taiwan” is that it is convenient to apply for a permit, and one valid entry-exit permit is completed within 2 working days. Passengers only need to submit the application form, photo, identity certificate (ID card or residence booklet) and other basic materials, as well as the letter of the travel organization.
