On April 14, the garden department of Cangshan District posted a notice of ordering rectification within a time limit on the iron sheet house of the parking lot, requiring the facilities charged for parking to be cleaned up before today. However, both community developers and garden departments deny taking over the park management rights, which makes the park a parking lot for a long time. These 7,000 square meters are green spaces. But now it does not belong to our management.” The staff said that on last December, she took the drawings to the Cangshan District Garden Bureau. “We think that after the House is handed over, the green space is already owned by the municipal department. At the beginning of this year, we replanted the park, but the district Garden Bureau still did not accept it.” This green space is located between guanpu Road and Pushang Avenue, and is also between city management and District Pipeline Road. The law enforcement officer confirmed that Cangshan District Garden Bureau did not complete the handover. “The main reason is that the developers did not complete the greening construction of the park, and we asked them to rectify it before handing it over. But the practice of occupying the park as a parking lot must be corrected.” As for who built the parking lot, the garden department said it was unknown.
