Since Fuzhou’s first batch of electric bus hit the road in 2014, Fuzhou’s new energy buses have continued to grow. At present, Fuzhou city has 4214 buses, including electric bus pure 704, 145 plug-in hybrid buses, 539 non-plug-in hybrid buses and 815 natural gas buses, the total number of green buses is 2203, accounting for 52.28% of urban buses. However, with the increasing number of electric bus, the charging problem of electric bus has become a bottleneck. Yesterday, the Haidu reporter learned from the Fuzhou transportation department that through the cooperation of many parties, 162 bus charging piles have been built in Fuzhou and all of them have been put into use. Under the charging shed of Jinshan Pushang bus parking lot, dozens of electric bus are charged at the same time. There is a special person in charge of the charging pile. Charging in two hours can make the bus drive 200 kilometers. 162 bus charging piles completed and put into use “The first batch of charging piles that were put into use were in Qi’an Bus Terminal. The geographical location was very remote, and many electric bus could not afford high-cost air-run charging.” The relevant person in charge of the Transportation Department explained that a batch of charging piles in the bus parking lot of Jinshan Pushang were put into use later. “In addition to the two earliest charging piles, a large number of new charging pile facilities have been put into use recently.” After batch construction, Qi’an Bus Terminal has added 27 charging piles.” The relevant person in charge of Kangchi New bus company told the reporter that they also built 18 charging piles in Guangming Road parking lot, 40 in Kangchi parking lot of Olympic Sports Center, and 12 in Xiushan district, north of May 4th, “A total of 97, and all have been put into use”. In addition to the Kangchi New Bus Company, Minyun bus company has built 25 charging piles in the new West railway station, and 7 are added around the South Railway Station, which has also been put into use. In addition, Fuzhou Bus Group also expanded charging piles in Jinshan Pushang bus parking lot, and 33 of them have been completed and put into use. According to the plan, 100 charging piles (including 33 completed ones) will be built in Jinshan Pushang bus parking lot, which is still being expanded. 31 charging stations 18 have been completed Although the construction of bus charging piles in our city has made rapid progress recently, it still cannot fully meet the charging demand of electric bus vehicles. In this regard, our province has also introduced various plans to promote the construction of this project. According to the plan, by 2020, our province will add 387~400 centralized charging power stations and 90,000~120,000 charging piles to form a bus charging network, and the intercity fast charging network will cover the whole province. This year, the province plans to build more than 100 charging stations, more than 10,000 charging piles, and 30,000 standard vehicles with charging infrastructure service capacity. There are 31 bus charging stations in Fuzhou and 640 charging piles in total. “The 31 planned stations are all bus stops, and 18 have been completed.” The relevant person in charge of the Transportation Department told the reporter that among the completed bus stops, only the parking lot of Jinshan Pushang bus center and Qi’an Bus Station are equipped with charging piles, and other stations are still under planning and construction.
