Since the pilot of business tax reform and increase was fully launched on May 1, the tax service departments of Fuzhou national tax are currently entering the peak period of invoice business handling. Yesterday, Fuzhou State Taxation Bureau reminded taxpayers that they could apply for invoices online or issue invoices on behalf of them, so as to avoid queuing in the lobby.
According to the relevant person in charge of Fuzhou Municipal state taxation bureau, at present, the flow of people from all tax service departments in the city has increased significantly, especially in some urban tax service departments, which are crowded twice as much as usual. “The main reason is that after the reform and increase of the business, the taxpayers who apply for invoices and issue invoices on behalf of the hall have increased sharply, and the invoice business volume accounts for nearly half of all the business volume in the hall.”
He said that at present, all units of the national tax system in the city have taken measures such as increasing windows, increasing personnel, and guiding the diversion of taxpayers to ensure the demand of taxpayers for invoices.
The above-mentioned person in charge said that since the beginning of this year, the municipal state taxation bureau has taken the lead in implementing online invoice application and express delivery services in the whole province. All kinds of national tax invoices include VAT ordinary invoices, VAT special invoices, special VAT invoices for cargo transportation and unified invoices for motor vehicle sales can be applied online or issued on behalf of others.
“Taxpayers can receive invoices and issue invoices on behalf of them, which is as convenient as online shopping. They can submit applications online, and then send tickets to the door 24 hours by EMS express. Taxpayers can get invoices without leaving home.” The person in charge said, “by applying for invoices online and issuing invoices on behalf of others, there is no need to wait in line in the tax service hall, which is more efficient and convenient.”
According to reports, it is relatively simple to apply for invoices online. Ordinary invoices (including a universal machine invoices, General manual invoices, and quota invoices) can be applied directly by logging on to the online tax hall of Fujian National Tax Portal; to apply for a unified invoice for value-added tax invoices and motor vehicle sales, you need to install a tax control invoice invoicing software client. Taxpayers can download the operating instructions through the “Tax Guide” portal of Fujian State Taxation Bureau. If you encounter any problems, you can call the 12366 tax service hotline for consultation. (Reporter Huang Hongyan correspondent Wei Wenzhong)
